4. Vehicle Collection and Return in Cardiff

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amounts paid by you to Cardiff Vehicle Hire Services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cardiff.
